Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee outpatient behavioral health services across its ambulatory clinics in San Francisco. You will set operational objectives, manage budgets, and delegate to key stakeholders while reporting to the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years managing outpatient clinics with budgeting and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and communicate across levels.
• Experience in budgeting, program planning, and policy implementation.
• Familiarity with billing systems and patient care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient behavioral health services across UCSF Ambulatory Clinics.
• Direct budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for clinics.
• Develop policies and plans aligning with institutional goals.
• Coordinate with academic and clinical departments to ensure care quality and satisfaction.
