Job summary

Jobot is seeking a compassionate clinical leader to oversee behavioral and clinical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Director will balance hands-on clinical work with staff development, program improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Location is Westchester County, NY with onsite duties. The role offers $110,000-$130,000 annually, full-time, and executive mentorship to advance your clinical leadership career while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, or related field.
• Active BCBA or LCSW credential required; BCBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supporting individuals with autism and/or IDD.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, behavioral intervention planning, and evidence-based practices.
• Experience supervising clinical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for behavioral and multidisciplinary clinical services.
• Mentor and develop clinical professionals with accountability.
• Oversee assessments, intervention plans, and treatment implementation.
• Ensure services meet regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for person-centered care.
• Provide guidance during complex behavioral situations.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and documentation oversight.
• Support intake, discharge, and coordination of services.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen operations and service delivery.
• Travel to nearby program locations and participate in on-call coverage.
