Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a senior client service leader to oversee off-court activities for top clients, coordinating with agents and junior staff to deliver comprehensive support across marketing activations, events, and partnerships.

You will work with leagues, teams, and sponsors to develop content and secure opportunities, while managing events and travel logistics and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong communication, leadership, and digital media knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, content, sales, marketing, communications, or public relations.
• 7+ years in sports industry role, preferably with client services experience.
• Advanced knowledge of athlete branding, social media, corporate communications, and trends in the sports industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee off-court client service for select Clients and coordinate with agents and client service reps.
• Manage junior client service team to ensure full coverage of national and local efforts.
• Identify organizational improvements and implement solutions within basketball client services.
• Communicate status of active sales/marketing efforts to agents and clients.
• Assist with branding and marketing materials for current basketball roster.
