Responsibilities

• Lead a significant area of the AI & Engineering service line with revenue and quality accountability.
• Own Taidou's key client relationships and programmes.
• Originate and close multi-year engagements.
• Build the offering including assets and partnerships.
• Lead directors and senior managers, guiding hiring and staffing.
• Represent Taidou through speaking and industry relationships.
• Work with the Principal and Partners on strategy.
