Job summary

Brighthouse Financial, based in Charlotte, seeks a senior product leader to design and develop annuity products and to evolve existing offerings. You will partner with leadership across the company to ensure alignment with growth goals and regulatory considerations, while pursuing external partnerships to expand product distribution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of annuity products including Variable, Fixed Indexed (FIA), and Fixed & Income annuity products.
• Deep understanding of annuity industry trends and market demands.
• Process-driven leader who solves complex problems creatively.
• Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and ad hoc tasks.
• Proven ability to build relationships with partners outside direct chain of command.
• 10+ years in senior product management for financial services.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.

• Drive future annuity product design by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop product strategy aligned with sales and marketing goals.
• Foster partnerships across the enterprise for new business development.
• Ensure compelling product messaging for retirement solutions.

• Collaborate across Distribution, Client Solutions, Technology, Finance and Legal.
• Support inforce annuity products and create additional value for clients and advisors.
