Responsibilities

• Serve as the central administrative leader for day-to-day operations across the disease center and coordinate priorities with Clinical/Nursing Directors.
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and fiscal accountability, including budgets, grants, clinical trial and gift accounts.
• Direct and coordinate all administrative personnel functions, including onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and staffing levels.
• Support strategic planning, growth, and alignment with internal and external partners; analyze performance metrics and growth trends.
• Lead continuous process improvement and quality initiatives to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.
• Advance operations, patient access, and system optimization; monitor clinical metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff with feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
