Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Intelligence to lead analytics, BI, and insights across the organization. You will develop analytics platforms, dashboards, and governance to support product, engineering, and business decisions.

Reporting to the Data and AI organization, you will build and mentor teams focused on analytics engineering, BI, and insight delivery, aligning with enterprise data strategies and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a data field.
• 10+ years in analytics, BI, or data analytics.
• 5+ years leading analytics/BI teams.
• Experience building enterprise analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, BI, and insight generation across the organization.
• Develop and maintain analytics platforms, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish standardized metrics and dashboards for product, engineering, and operations.
• Deliver actionable data-driven recommendations to executives.
