Job summary

Cambium Learning Group in the US is seeking a Director of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead a team turning data assets into actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership. You will oversee analytics and data governance, partner with Analytics Engineering, and ensure secure, scalable data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics or data strategy with proven impact.
• 5+ years leading data analysts or analytics teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python or R; knowledge of data governance.
• Experience with BI governance, data privacy, and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for data and analytics aligned with mission and drive decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of analysts.
• Develop self‑service dashboards, AI agents, and KPI models.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and executive team.
• Oversee analytics systems governance, data warehouses, and BI sources.
