You will guide the HCC and Project Management functions, drive reporting automation, and implement scalable data warehousing and analytics solutions. The role demands strong SQL expertise, mastery of MS Office, and proven leadership in data warehousing and analytics, with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• SQL programming proficiency to query, analyze, and manage data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and related analytical tools.
• Excellent observational, verbal, and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• 3–5 years of experience in data warehousing and analytics, with managerial capacity.
• Ability to work in West Hills, CA, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Department and cross-departmental analytics initiatives.
• Direct and manage HCC and Project Management Departments to improve productivity and RAF scores.
• Oversee data warehousing, reporting, and application design for operational efficiency and financial insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards (KPI, executive, operational).
• Design and build data marts and workflows; coordinate with IT on data integration.
