GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Analytical Network Strategy within GSC Strategy. You will shape QC network principles and translate strategy into an actionable roadmap, aligning with quality objectives across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Quality, MSAT, and R&D; drive KPI development, risk mitigation, and capability building to ensure robust analytical testing for NPI and commercial supply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Ten or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Three or more years of experience in quality operations, quality control and/or analytical method development.
• Master's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of quality trends and best practices specific to the pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical testing.
• Three or more years of experience implementing projects within a global supply chain.
• PMO management & project management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define the QC testing network principles and approach to meet GSK quality objectives.
• Translate the approved strategy in an operational roadmap and drive execution against objectives and deadlines.
• Be a key contributor for decision on major changes for products or network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate analytical testing principles into end-to-end supply chain process.
• Seek endorsement of the proposed strategy from governance forums including SCRB.
• Act as the voice of the analytical network in GSC and work with Quality, MSAT, R&D and other stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of contact in GSC Strategy for analytical network strategy matters.
• Develop and drive the execution of the analytical network strategy across the supply chain.
