Qualifications

• 8+ years in a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with supervisory experience.
• Understanding of digital systems, data governance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data analytics and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality digital strategy and drive smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Own data integrity and governance program at the site.
• Apply lean six sigma to improve quality and manufacturing performance.
• Ensure training compliance and maintain training records.
• Manage updates to site quality digital systems (VQMS, MERP) through change management.
• Develop and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality systems.
• Maintain quality documentation ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive Quality Culture at the site.
