Job summary

GSK seeks an Analytical Network Strategy Senior Director to lead development and execution of the analytical network strategy across the global supply chain. You will ensure robust QC networks for New Product Introduction and commercial supply, aligning with quality objectives and governance.

The role partners with GSC Quality, MSAT and R&D to drive best practices and performance. The position emphasizes strategic benchmarking, risk mitigation, and capability building within the Strategy team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Ten or more years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Three or more years of experience in quality operations, quality control and/or analytical method development.
• Preferred Master’s Degree and in-depth knowledge of quality trends in pharma supply chains.
• Understanding of PMO management & project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the execution of the analytical network strategy across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
• Define the QC testing network principles and approach to meet quality objectives.
• Translate the approved strategy into an operational roadmap and drive execution against objectives and deadlines.
• Be a key contributor for decisions on major changes for products or network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical testing principles into end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Drive governance and report progress to senior leadership; establish KPIs for strat initiatives.
