Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant field experience.
• Shaping a technology modernization roadmap.
• Negotiating and operating IT services contracts.
• Automating operations with technology service providers.
• Demonstrate executive presence and credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellence in research and writing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage clients effectively.
• Proficient in data analysis and applying patterns to client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advise CIOs on technology sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Guide cloud investment lifecycle from sourcing to renewal with actionable insights.
• Lead guidance on large, complex vendor negotiations focusing on pricing and discounts.
• Provide guidance on cloud and AI licensing models and marketplace strategies.
• Help clients negotiate managed services and outsourcing contracts.
• Advise on renewals, cost optimization, and FinOps practices.
• Evaluate usage patterns to inform negotiation strategy.
• Advise CIOs and Heads of IT Procurement on modernization for agility.
• Deliver research and recommendations on technologies and trends.
• Scale insights to different audiences and present at Gartner events.
