Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Senior Director Analyst in the Tech CEO Research Practice to guide AI-led GTM transformations for small and midsize tech providers. You will analyze GTM, pricing, and AI strategies, and engage tech CEOs through research, briefings, and events.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and advance Gartner’s authority in AI advisory services. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in tech leadership and AI business transformation.
• Fluent across GTM system incl ICP, motion design, pipeline, RevOps, pricing.
• Operationalize modern GTM stack and AI-enabled processes.
• Executive presence with technology CEOs and senior leaders.
• Strong research, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have research for Tech CEO audience.
• Develop new ideas and actionable approaches from client needs.
• Analyze AI technology trends, GTM, and business strategy.
• Engage with Tech CEOs through virtual or in-person interactions.
• Deliver presentations at Gartner events and client briefings.
• Collaborate with research teams to drive client engagement.
