Solventum is seeking a Sr Director Americas Logistics in Eagan, MN to lead DC operations, international and domestic transportation, and intercompany order management across the Americas. You will build regional strategies, drive cost savings, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 12+ years in supply chain with SAP/S4/HANA, and a strong track record in leading large teams and managing logistics spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 12+ years in supply planning, warehousing, or logistics.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or Engineering.
• Experience leading teams or projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders via verbal, written, or presentations.
• Experience resolving complex supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics professionals across DC ops and transportation.
• Drive international and domestic transportation, customs, and intercompany ops.
• Develop regional logistics strategies and governance.
• Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and others.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement.
• Manage logistics spend and supplier performance.
