Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Senior Director Insurance & Risk Financing to lead insurance activities across the Americas, with a primary focus on US operations. You will manage workers’ compensation and automobile programs, oversee broker negotiations, and drive the regional placement strategy within the Global Corporate Insurance framework.

You will lead a regional team, coordinate with global teams, and provide risk-management guidance to businesses, projects, and potential M&A

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a university degree in business, finance, law, engineering, risk management, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 10+ years in corporate insurance, risk management, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US commercial insurance market and experience placing/renewing workers’ compensation and auto programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas insurance and risk financing programs in alignment with the global strategy.
• Oversee US workers’ compensation, automobile, and other required coverages and broker relations.
• Manage claims, reserve data, actuarial reviews, and loss forecasting across the region.
• Coordinate renewals, exposure data collection, and premium allocations.
• Provide risk-management advice to businesses and support M&A activities as needed.
• Develop and guide a regional insurance team and external service providers.
