Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States is seeking a senior Insurance and Risk Manager to lead the Americas insurance programs and the US portfolio, including workers’ compensation and auto insurance. You will oversee claims, reserves, and data analytics, and coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to optimize risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant field.
Extensive professional experience and insurance/risk-management qualifications.
10+ years in corporate insurance, risk management or related roles.

Responsibilities

Lead operational insurance and risk management for the Americas within a multinational org.
Oversee US insurance portfolio including workers’ comp and auto; manage broker/insurer relations.
Direct claims, loss development, and reserve-management processes with auditors and insurers.
Coordinate collateral, premium allocations, and insurance billings for the region.
Provide senior risk advice to Americas businesses and align with Global Head of Corporate Insurance.
Lead US insurance team and drive regional negotiations with insurers.
Support property risk management and loss prevention at production sites.
Represent US within Global Corporate Insurance and foster cross-functional cooperation.
