Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a senior leader to oversee the ambulatory capital portfolio, guiding planning, delivery and modernization of clinics, medical office buildings, and renovations.

You will partner with Growth Strategy, Real Estate, clinical leadership and Finance to ensure fast, predictable delivery, strong governance, and fiscal stewardship across the ambulatory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15 years of project management experience, with at least 10 years in healthcare.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory capital portfolio from planning through delivery, including new construction and renovations.
• Direct project management staff and coordinate with Growth Strategy, Real Estate, clinical and operational leadership.
• Oversee portfolio budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost controls and financial performance.
• Establish governance, delivery standards and accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk controls and escalation practices.
