This role drives a transformation from capability-centric to enterprise-wide platforms, enabling data-driven decision making and scalable solutions across Google’s enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 18 years of experience in technology and corporate engineering
• 15 years of management experience in enterprise internal systems
• Experience managing global cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• International experience working and influencing across geographic and functional boundaries
• Experience in a unified data management platform, master data management, data governance, and semantic data modeling

Responsibilities

• Establish a unified enterprise data platform that serves as the single source of truth for various domains and drive AI-readiness through governance initiatives
• Drive depth of platform maturity and enforcement of Corp Eng standards across multiple data domains
• Lead a forward-deployment model to operationalize data governance and accelerate the enterprise data platform adoption
• Build and grow a high-performing global organization by strengthening relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
