Job summary

Google LLC in the United States seeks a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to scale data governance and analytics across REWS. You will drive enterprise data strategies, build AI-ready data models, and govern a broad BI and data-platform ecosystem to support Google’s growth.

You will collaborate with CorpEng, Finance, and REWS leadership to align roadmaps, manage budgets, and lead a high-impact program delivering 190+ dashboards and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in technical program management, business intelligence, or enterprise data operations.
• 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience establishing or maintaining data quality frameworks, validation rules, and trust scoring to prepare data ecosystems for GenAI integration.
• Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to define requirements and align technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Project Strata to transform legacy data tables into star-schema Golden Datasets, canonical metric catalogs, and AI-ready products.
• Oversee strategy and operational governance for the REWS enterprise reporting ecosystem (190+ dashboards) and automate recurring manual processes.
• Direct the Data Quality program and serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, REWS Analytics, and CorpEng Engineering.
• Establish executive KPIs and scorecards while optimizing delivery frameworks, risk management, and global data literacy programs.
• Establishing consistent, scalable horizontal program delivery frameworks across global workplace operations.
• Engaging strategically with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to align technology roadmaps with broader organizational goals.
