Motive is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the design vision for Spend Management and Workforce Management, shaping the future of fleet cards, bill pay, spend controls, and onboarding workflows. You will mentor designers, advance AI-driven product development, and ensure a unified, high-quality user experience across our product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX/UI design with leadership in SaaS.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and strategy.
• Experience scaling design systems across multiple product lines.
• Proven experience leveraging AI-driven design practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic design initiatives aligned with the product roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering growth and high-quality execution.
