Qualifications

• Current experience of production AI systems, including agentic architectures.
• Experience in distributed and event-driven systems with clean API design.
• Experience operating AI platforms at enterprise scale.
• Depth in AI/MLOps lifecycle management, including monitoring and testing.
• AI-specific security and risk experience including threat modeling.
• Engineering leadership at senior scope with AI and ML talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team for AI development.
• Own the AI platform end to end including architecture and operations.
• Manage the technology direction and vendor relationships.
• Bring AI agents to production and maintain reliability.
• Oversee economics with finance for platform costs and value.
• Ensure AI risk posture in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
