Job summary

Infor is seeking a Senior Director of Software Development to own the engineering portfolio behind FSM and MSCM, delivering AI-enabled cloud capabilities for healthcare, public sector, and regulated industries. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight.

You will lead a global team, mentor engineers, review architecture, and drive modern software delivery practices, ensuring high-velocity, high-availability releases for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leader at director level or above.
• Experience managing large distributed teams including offshore.
• Cloud-native development, microservices, APIs, enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Java and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Demonstrated hands-on AI-assisted or agentic software development.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical vision, roadmap, and execution for FSM and MSCM, balancing support of a large installed base with modernization and new innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of engineers, architects, and managers (including offshore teams).
• Stay hands-on: review architecture and designs, contribute to technical decisions, and prototype when needed.
• Own the architecture and quality of complex financial and supply chain systems; align with enterprise standards.
• Define and drive an agentic SDLC: scale AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, AI-assisted testing and release practices.
