Infor, in collaboration with Archer, is seeking a Senior Director to own the data foundation for its internal Data & AI capability. You will set the certified data product standard and lead the reorientation from MDM to AI-aligned data products consumed across the organization.

The role calls for accountable leadership, broad influence, and a focus on data quality, governance, and secure data access. The Senior Director will drive the publication of scalable data products, partner with finance,

• Experience at director level or above in data/analytics with cross-functional influence.
• Transformation of data products and MDM experience to guide architecture decisions.
• Experience delivering data products in an enterprise software setting.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience operating at scale and leading teams.
• Strategic data security and access control planning with clear governance.
• Strong SQL fluency and ability to measure data quality against SLAs.
• Working fluency with AI/LLM tools and retrieval augmented patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise data foundation including strategy, quality, metadata, lineage, governance, and reporting.
• Set and operate the Certified Data Product standard for reusable data assets.
• Deliver multiple certified data products published by year-end, aligned with business value.
• Lift and sustain Data Quality Score with baselines and quarterly improvements.
• Drive adoption of data products with documentation and change management.
• Redesign data production and certification workflows for scalable data assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data products with business needs.
