Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of hardware engineering experience.
• 7+ years leading hardware engineering teams.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long-term technical roadmap for hardware engineering in OCI AI Infrastructure.
• Build and lead a geographically distributed engineering organization with technical excellence and accountability.
• Develop and empower technical leaders and drive cross-functional decisions with exec stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end hardware program execution from design to deployment in hyperscale environments.
• Improve hardware platform reliability, availability, and cost efficiency across the product lifecycle.
