Oracle is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management – Hardware Engineering (AI Infrastructure) to lead a global hardware program delivering next‑generation platforms for hyperscale AI workloads.

You will drive end‑to‑end design, validation, and integration of GPUs, CPUs, memory, and storage, forming strong partnerships with software, firmware, and data center operations to meet schedule, quality, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in hardware engineering, hardware systems development, or related fields.
• Strong leadership of geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long-term technical roadmap across hardware engineering, software, and data center operations.
• Lead a geographically distributed engineering organization with a focus on technical excellence and accountability.
• Identify and develop emerging technical leaders to sustain long-term team growth.
• Serve as a key technical leader for complex hardware program decisions and cross-functional governance.
• Balance engineering priorities with supply chain, budgeting, and delivery commitments.
