Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management – Hardware Engineering to lead the hardware program organization for next-generation platforms. You will collaborate with AI technology partners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure for AI workloads in hyperscale data centers.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in board design, systems integration, reliability engineering, and managing geographically distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of hardware engineering experience.
• 7+ years managing hardware teams.
• Experience leading geographically distributed organizations.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a long-term technical roadmap for OCI hardware.
• Build and lead a geographically distributed hardware organization.
• Develop and enforce hardware reliability strategies with RCA.
• Oversee end-to-end design, validation, deployment, and lifecycle of hyperscale hardware.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, operations, and data center teams to optimize platforms.
