Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Director of Technical Program Management to lead AI-driven product initiatives within the APEX organization. You will guide a delivery team, partner with Product and Engineering, and coordinate with senior executives across multiple geographies to ensure strategic outcomes.

The role requires deep PM experience in SaaS, strong execution, and a proven ability to scale complex programs using AI tools while maintaining high-throughput collaboration and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in Technical Program Management for software products.
• Expertise in enterprise software/SaaS and leading large programs.
• Strong communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex product development programs across the APEX portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to accelerate execution.
• Build governance, metrics, and cadences for program success.
• Champion AI-native ways of working and scale AI tools across programs.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and functions.
