Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive end-to-end programs focused on AI/ML-enabled solutions. You will guide architecture across backend, frontend and mobile platforms, promoting standardized patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce debt.

You will mentor teams, shape roadmaps, and ensure high-quality, timely results aligned with business goals, while advancing global technology standards and innovation across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with 7+ years in software engineering (or 9+ years).
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading AI/ML-enhanced software teams and cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in architecture, system design, and scalable platforms across multiple languages.
• Strong project/program management, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and competitive trends.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of engineering programs focused on AI/ML-enhanced solutions.
• Oversee development of agentic AI systems and provide architectural guidance across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies.
• Drive standardization and reuse of architectural patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product and Program Management on roadmaps, milestones, and software product strategy.
• Mentor engineers and foster ownership and continuous growth.
• Ensure technical quality and timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Promote innovation by identifying improvement opportunities and integrating feedback across teams.
• Shape delivery processes and develop talent aligned with global technology standards.
• Lead modernization of accounting workflows and rollout of global platforms across international markets.
