Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management roles.
• Leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs in regulated environments (insurance preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, and enterprise risk management practices.
• Proven ability to establish and lead complex workstreams, define charters, and manage integrated roadmaps.
• Strong execution discipline, including tracking dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting, including board-ready presentations and governance updates.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive alignment and influence across senior leaders.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, translating vision into executable plans.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage AI governance workstreams, project plans, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
• Create and maintain project charters that articulate scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps and project plans across governance capabilities.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery against milestones.
• Track and report on workstream status, including risks, dependencies, and key outcomes, to leadership and governance forums.
• Produce executive-level presentations and materials to support decision-making and governance updates.
• Ensure program governance disciplines are in place, including prioritization, resource alignment, and structured reporting.
