Zebra Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead portfolio execution for the Connected Frontline family, including hardware, software, and cloud offerings from concept to release.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to translate strategy into roadmaps and drive delivery. This role builds talent, accelerates time-to-market, and leads cross-functional transformation with AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly quantitative field.
• 20+ years in product development with NPI and GTM launches.
• Experience leading R&D program execution or PMO delivery across hardware/software.
• 7+ years of people management leading global PMO teams.

Responsabilités

• Defines execution standards and portfolio governance for PMO to improve visibility and predictability.
• Translates portfolio strategy into executable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
• Drives cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Leads AI-enabled delivery practices and data-driven planning across programs.
• Oversees talent development and succession planning within a global PMO.
• Maintains executive alignment and reports portfolio performance to leadership.
