Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Application Engineering.
• Proven leadership in GTM technology environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy and architecture roadmap for AI integration into the GTM stack.
• Architect and establish standards for AI customer solutions with proof-of-concepts.
• Lead Go-To-Market Engineering to scale pipeline generation and seller productivity with AI and data-driven execution.
• Lead global, multi-disciplinary AI Solutions, full-stack, and SaaS teams; foster inclusive culture.
• Drive large-scale, cross-organisational initiatives with strategic impact.
• Drive AI governance and operations to evolve GTM applications.
• Monitor and optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and health of AI models.
