Job summary

Revolution Medicines invites an experienced technology delivery leader to join the Information Sciences & Digital Innovation team as Senior Manager, US Omnichannel Solutions Delivery. This role drives the coordinated delivery of US commercial and medical technology solutions across RevMed’s digital ecosystem.

You will partner with business stakeholders, platform managers, Global Delivery, and external partners, guiding the lifecycle from intake through deployment to support with governance

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience implementing and managing marketing technologies in omnichannel environments.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with healthcare regulations and digital compliance.
• Knowledge of digital ecosystem design, data flows, platform scalability, and integration of third-party data sources (OneKey, IQVIA/MIDAS) into Omnichannel platforms.
• Experience enabling AI-driven capabilities (personalization, content generation, analytics) within digital/marketing ecosystems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-paced settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deployment of integrated customer journeys aligned with global platform strategy.
• Enable launch, commercial, and medical omnichannel priorities through scalable solutions.
• Assess AI, automation, and emerging technology trends to support evolving customer needs.
• Coordinate across business owners, platform owners, Global Delivery, data/integration, security, privacy, compliance, and partners.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and specs.
• Maintain delivery practices across intake, planning, testing and release for high-quality solutions.
