Lead integration of generative and agentic AI technologies, establish governance, and collaborate with analytics, IT, legal, and compliance to ensure responsible AI innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial strategy, marketing, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, NLP, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Proven experience in scaling AI solutions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and digital engagement platforms (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Regulated industry experience.
