Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of AI Cyber Programs & Emerging Technology to lead AI-enabled cyber defense and secure enterprise AI adoption. You will partner with governance, Data & AI, and business units to safeguard AI investments and drive security engineering and detection capabilities at scale.

This role requires hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise in AI/ML security, with responsibility for building a high-performing team, setting security standards, and

Qualifications

• Extensive cybersecurity experience with AI/ML applications (12–15 years) and 5+ years in leadership Roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection and data leakage.
• Experience building and deploying AI-driven security capabilities at scale in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for deploying AI/ML in cybersecurity, including agentic security and automated threat detection.
• Lead AI security program governance with cross-functional partners (AI Risk & Governance, Legal, Privacy).
• Oversee AI red team activities and adversarial testing in line with industry frameworks.
• Monitor emerging tech risks (quantum, post-quantum cryptography) and advise leadership.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI security team.
