The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director to lead AI Cyber Programs and Emerging Technology, shaping how AI enhances cyber defense while ensuring secure, responsible enterprise AI adoption. You will build and lead a specialized team, set the technical direction for AI security operations, and collaborate with governance, Data & AI, and business units to safeguard AI investments.

The role requires extensive cybersecurity experience with leadership and hands-on AI security, plus strong

Competenze

Minimum 12–15 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in leadership and hands-on AI security.
Demonstrated experience deploying AI-driven security capabilities in a large enterprise.
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including LLMs, ML pipelines, and adversarial AI techniques.
Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
Experience with emerging technology risk assessment including quantum computing implications for cryptography and security.
Excellent executive presence and ability to translate complex topics for senior leadership.
Track record of building and leading technical teams and mentoring talent.
Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or AI-specific credentials.

Mansioni

Define and execute AI and ML deployments across the cybersecurity function, including agentic security operations and AI-driven detection.
Partner with governance, Data & AI, and business units to translate policies into technical controls.
Lead AI red team activities and coordinate with external partners for AI security assessments.
Monitor and advise on emerging technology risks and opportunities related to AI and quantum Computing.
