Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in supply planning, with deep expertise in optics (transceivers) and switches.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams or projects, with global scope.
• Proven track record managing and developing global supply planning teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, capacity planning, and MRP processes.
• Experience implementing planning tools and driving adoption across teams.
• Experience supporting data centers, AI, networking systems, or HPC products.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance, supporting business objectives and achieving revenue goals.
• Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing to support rapid growth.
• Ensure the integrity of key planning data inputs, such as BOM structures, factory yields, and cycle times, by maintaining a strict cadence with assumption owners.
• Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and implementing next-generation planning methodologies using AI capabilities.
• Manage and elevate direct reports, ensuring continuous training and knowledge sharing throughout the supply chain organization.
