• Lead financial modeling and oversight of proformas for developments and refinancings.
• Manage capital stack relationships with lenders, investors, and grantors.
• Oversee compliance across partnership agreements, regulatory documents, and operating entities.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations between development, property management, and housing authorities.
