Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a detail-obsessed operator to join our advisor transitions team. You will own the hands-on work of moving newly signed advisors’ books onto Savvy’s platform, delivering on our promise of painless transitions with speed, precision, and white-glove service.

With 30+ transitions and billions in assets moved this year, you will collaborate with Operations, Advisory, Product, and Client Servicing to scale our capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in client operations, account transitions, onboarding, or account management in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end transition of assigned advisors’ books across custodians, from paperwork to transfers.
• Prepare, validate, and submit account paperwork with low NIGO rate.
• Run data prep and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Act as day‑to‑day point of contact for transitioning advisors.
• Coordinate across custodians, vendors, and internal teams to unblock transitions.
• Balance multiple transitions while communicating with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report transition progress and flag risk early.
• Help build scalable, automated workflows.
