Job summary

Integrity Wealth is seeking a Transition Specialist in Dallas to serve as the primary contact for new representatives and advisors during onboarding and transition. You will coordinate training, facilitate account transfers, and provide white-glove support to help advisors move and grow their business with Integrity Wealth.

You will collaborate with internal teams, review transition documents for accuracy, and lead efforts to improve onboarding processes while maintaining organized tracking

Qualifications

• Prior securities industry experience required.
• Minimum of one year of experience with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance organization.
• Associate degree with related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide new representatives and advisors through onboarding and transition from affiliation to business transfer.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a high-touch onboarding experience and manage training schedules.
• Assist with paperwork for transitioning books of business to Integrity Wealth and review documentation for accuracy.
