Qualifications

• Strong data-driven problem solving and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead new process development and transfer in Lamination for Advanced Packaging.
• Develop robust, manufacturable Lamination process recipes for Foundry customers.
• Own the module including stability, tool performance and yield improvements.
• Support integration for advanced packaging, MEMS, and backend flows.
• Use metrology to evaluate conditions and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with process and equipment engineers on improvements.
