The ideal candidate will have doctoral or master’s-level credentials and significant administrative or managerial experience within behavioral health, including supervision of staff and coordination

Qualifikationen

• Option I: Doctorate in psychology with at least 2 years of clinical psychology experience, including 1 year in admin/management.
• Option II: Master’s in social work or marriage and family counseling with at least 3 years mental health experience, including 1 year admin/management.
• Licensure is required where applicable by California regulations for the position.

• Provide senior-level leadership and oversight of adult behavioral health programs and services.
• Direct program operations through subordinate managers and supervisors, including staffing, budgets, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Authority policies and collaborate with community partners.
