• Minimum of four years of mental health service experience, with at least one year in supervision/management.
• Registration with BBS or CA Board of Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff productivity and budget adherence to maintain fiscal viability of the program.
• Develop and implement plans to meet programming and service provision needs.
• Provide on-the-spot support aligned with recovery-oriented care and program philosophy.
• Represent the program at community meetings and liaise with County personnel on design, audits, and regulatory issues.
• Conduct crisis intervention and ensure safety for staff and members; coordinate with relevant agencies as needed.
• Facilitate all-staff meetings and ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
