Qualifications

• Must hold valid CA professional license in the applicable field or equivalent admin credential.
• Experience leading county behavioral health or public health programs is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex budgets with multiple funding streams.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating county-wide behavioral health and SUD/AOD programs.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary clinical and administrative staff; ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and DHCS mandates.
• Draft, negotiate, and monitor contracts and SLAs with providers; oversee budgeting and fiscal compliance.
