Responsibilities

Define and execute the Acute Care Platform R&D strategy aligned with growth objectives and innovation priorities.
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization across hardware, software, and capital equipment.
Direct complex development programs with systems engineering, informatics, and connected healthcare solutions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Oversight of design reviews, risk management, verification/validation, and transfer to manufacturing.
Lead global cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, and communicate with stakeholders across functions.
