You will lead actuaries, develop internal models for pricing and projections, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal and state filings. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics or related field.
• 10 years of decision support, financial analysis, or actuarial experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Strong database experience with SAS or Access.
• Managed Care or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for pricing, forecasting, month-end close activities and performance monitoring.
• Lead a team of actuaries ensuring compliance with ASP and training.
• Develop internal statistical models for bid pricing, financial projections, contract modeling.
• Ensure stakeholders are accountable for actuarial function requests and assumptions.
• Interact with regulators and external stakeholders to inform policy and opinion.
• Oversee integrity of rate filing requirements and advise on corporate goals.
