This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization, managing accounting and billing teams while serving as a strategic partner to leadership.

You will implement technology-forward solutions, oversee monthly financial reporting, and lead process automation. The hybrid position is based in Aurora, Colorado, with competitive pay ranging from $123,000 to $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing teams or operations.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting, billing, and accounts payable teams.
• Oversee all monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support strategic planning efforts within finance.
