GuideWell is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing & Engagement ACA to lead the acquisition marketing program and represent CMX to the Government ACA segment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across acquisition, creative development, and local market support.

You will partner with segment leaders to shape strategy and mobilize CMX experts to deliver integrated results. The role requires fluency across CMX disciplines, deep business context, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related marketing/leadership experience.
• Experience in a senior leadership role across multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing acquisition marketing across multiple segments (Medicare, Medicaid, employer).
• Ability to translate business needs into cross‑functional solutions and orchestrate SMEs.

Responsibilities

• CMX segment integration and enterprise representation with segment leaders.
• Lead enterprise-level acquisition strategy and planning across segments.
• Provide creative and communications direction for acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee campaign execution, operations, and local market support.
