Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Senior Director, Marketing & Engagement ACA to drive acquisition marketing strategy and to serve as the CMX department’s ambassador to GuideWell’s ACA segment. The role reports to the VP, Enterprise Marketing & Acquisition and requires fluency across Communications, Marketing, Brand, and Customer Experience.

The candidate will lead integrated campaigns, creative development, and cross‑functional collaboration, delivering strategic insights and aligned execution for multiple

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive marketing and communications roles.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience operating across multiple disciplines within a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing acquisition marketing across Medicare, Medicaid, and/or government health markets.
• Deep expertise in integrated acquisition marketing strategy (planning, segmentation, channel mix, budgeting, performance).
• Broad knowledge of CMX disciplines to provide direction to SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Represent CMX in segment leadership meetings and business planning.
• Own acquisition strategy and planning across segments and channels.
• Provide creative direction and messaging across campaigns while ensuring brand and compliance.
• Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and production across direct mail, email, digital, and agent materials.
• Lead local market development and support for regional markets and agents.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability within CMX.
