Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Valid health certificate to meet funding requirements.
• Ability to move and assist people with transfers and daily activities.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on home support including transferring, bathing and grooming.
• Assist with laundry, meals and other household chores.
• Use Positive Behavior Supports to prevent and address behaviors.
• Assist with medical appointments and report issues to supervisor.
• Document logs and notes using agency software.
